Great support from the developer

This is awesome. It is definitely one of the easiest tools to use, and well worth the money for the time it saved me. I needed to extract text and sounds and graphics from a very old Mac game, Spaceward Ho! and we were able to use this to save a ton of time.

When extracting the French language version, we found there were errors. I contacted the developer and they immediately responded and then provided a quick fix. Thanks so much!
